Vidrtc is a scalable online conferencing engine that can host video calls. It makes it easy to plan and manage virtual rooms that can support over 1,000 people with media servers.
First steps
When the Events10x team approached us, they had a clear vision of what their online event platform solution should look like. The brief and initial communication went smoothly. But there was only one bottleneck — time.

As the platform itself requires a lot of customization and high load testing, we’ve faced multiple challenges.
Tight deadlines
The engine customization and optimization requires 4 developers who dedicate an average 4 months. We’ve managed to provide the working online event environment in 2 months.
External tools integration
- Complicated integration with a ticket aggregator with 3-rd party services in Dubai.
- Microsoft Azure was implemented just in a week.
- As Stripe, a payment processing system, is not available in UAE, we used Ngenius, which underwent customization.
Successful launch
The virtual expo software solution development was dedicated to the launch of a huge online event. Our team aced the whole process and provided the client with the working solution.

Bringing Offline Experience Into a Virtual Eventing App
Our collaboration with Events10x resulted in an application that can be applied for education, graduation, expo, and conferencing online events. It secures connectivity and audience engagement as if it happened offline. Now the attendees experience events the same way as a personalised offline event, enjoy networking and keep businesses floating.

Broadcasts
Speakers conduct lectures for large audiences. The interface is designed to remind the offline conference experience.
Virtual Booths
Exhibitors and sponsors can create their own booths to represent their companies. Visitors can communicate with representatives and switch between different companies
Panel Discussion
Recreating an offline experience means allowing speakers to have panel discussions. Several speakers can have discussions and get questions from attendees simultaneously.
Private conversations
Attendees can share their opinions or discuss business cases via private rooms. They can communicate by using video conferencing or exchange text messages.
