Slava Vaniukov is the CEO and Co-Founder of Softermii, with more than 10 years on the front lines of software development. He has spent that decade helping founders and enterprises turn ambitious ideas into products that ship — and that perform. Apps built by his teams have been featured on multiple “Top 10 Best Apps” lists, a track record that reflects his obsession with both engineering quality and real business outcomes.
He has worked hands-on with companies such as Dollar Shave Club, Event10x and Hollar, helping them adopt cutting-edge technology to build systems that improve profitability and customer experience. Today his focus is on where artificial intelligence genuinely moves the needle: AI development and implementation, AI agents and chatbots, and the software strategy that surrounds them.
Beyond delivery, Slava advises early-stage startups on product strategy, cost analysis and ROI measurement, helping them invest in the right technology at the right time. He leads Softermii by a simple principle — help clients build products that truly make a difference.
