What problem does RadShifts solve?
RadShifts is a healthcare staffing marketplace that matches radiology and imaging facilities to available providers in real time. Small hospitals and outpatient imaging centres across Texas struggle to staff radiology shifts. When a facility can’t fill a shift, imaging services stop — patients are rescheduled, revenue is lost, and care is delayed.
Filling those gaps through traditional staffing agencies was slow and expensive, and there was no digital marketplace matching facilities to available providers in real time.
RadShifts had the model and the market. What it didn’t have was an in-house engineering team to build the platform — and a market window that wouldn’t wait. RadShifts is now live and onboarding facilities and providers across Texas at radshifts.com.
