You inherit this code next year. So we contract the maintainability, prove the AI is real, and hand you every line.

Softermii APEX pairs a named fleet of purpose-built AI agents with senior Softermii engineers who own the architecture. The AI is a real, inspectable mechanism — not a marketing word. Maintainability is a measurable standard written into the offer and verified at handover, and you own every line outright on payment. This page is the evidence, not the adjectives.

Fast is the easy part. The hard part is what your team inherits — so humans own the architecture.

Not “AI-assisted.” An agentic engineering system — with humans owning the architecture.

Most of what gets marketed as “AI development” is one engineer typing faster next to a copilot. That is not what this is, and the difference is inspectable. The Softermii APEX delivery engine runs on three named pillars, under a deterministic control layer that holds the specification as the single source of truth — not a model improvising sequence. Multi-Agent Orchestration decomposes work into a dependency graph routed to purpose-built agents. Quality Gate Architecture means no Feature advances on an agent’s own say-so — specification conformance, static analysis, dependency and licence scanning, secret detection, tests, security, and duplication/complexity checks run first. Closed-Loop Self-Correction turns a failed gate into a bounded corrective loop, not a ticket, escalating to a named expert with the full failure history after a set number of attempts.

Behind those pillars is a named fleet of 13 purpose-built agents spanning research, requirements, architecture, development, testing, security, DevSecOps and documentation — and senior specialists who own every decision that carries real risk. It is not a black box: request a technical walkthrough and Softermii will show you the fleet and a task-level breakdown of how a Feature moves from spec to accepted, gated code.

  • Senior specialists own the architecture and every risky decision; the fleet produces and verifies the volume.
  • A deterministic (non-model) control layer sequences the work and holds the spec — the anti-“agent-washing” mechanism you can inspect.
  • Fixed quality gates check the work as it goes — built to a professional standard from the first commit, not patched in at the end.

  1. 1

    Describe the outcome

Tell Softermii what needs to ship and the constraints it has to meet.

  2. 2

    Get your itemised estimate

A named Feature list, prioritised for a first release, with the price attached — free, within 24 hours. No call required.

  3. 3

    Approve the fixed price

From that point the number you approved is the number you pay — Softermii absorbs its own underestimates.

  4. 4

See it working in week one, then own it

Every Feature is independently testable and demonstrable, cleared through the gates. On payment, it is yours outright — with maintainability verified at handover.

Named, live, and inspectable — lead with the one your team actually cares about.

The proof that matters to an engineering reviewer is takeover, not adjectives: a codebase handed back documented well enough to take over without a rebuild. Softermii is rated 4.9/5.0 on Clutch (company-wide, 48 reviews).

Every engagement is one fixed price against an itemised Feature list — no hourly rates, no open-ended contracts. Model and infrastructure running costs are estimated in your offer before you commit. Pick the size of the outcome — from a working Proof to a full Scale programme — and see the price, warranties and what’s included. Fixed before you commit, no call required.

Bring us the hard questions — here are the ones engineering leads actually ask.

AI agents mean no humans and low quality — will engineering inherit slop?
No. Agents produce and verify volume; named Softermii experts own the architecture, review everything that carries real risk, and are accountable for what you accept. Anything hard escalates to a person with the full failure history. Maintainability is a contracted, measurable standard verified at handover — so what lands in your repo is engineered to be tested, secure and maintainable from the first commit, not patched in at the end.
Prove the agents are real — this is just agent-washing.
Fair challenge, and the reason this page invites inspection rather than asserting. There is a named fleet of 13 purpose-built agents and three named pillars — Multi-Agent Orchestration, Quality Gate Architecture, Closed-Loop Self-Correction — sequenced by a deterministic (non-model) control layer that holds the spec as the single source of truth. Request a technical walkthrough and Softermii will show you the fleet and a task-level breakdown of a Feature moving through the gates. A black box does not offer you a trace; this does.
Will my team actually be able to maintain it?
This is the standard the rest of the category leaves uncontracted, and where Softermii competes. Maintainability is a measurable standard written into the offer and verified at handover — a duplication ceiling, a coverage floor, a complexity ceiling, Architecture Decision Records, dependency hygiene, and takeover-readiness, verified against one test: an engineer new to the project can build, test and deploy from the delivered documentation alone. A real client stated the outcome plainly — IOMI’s codebase was “documented well enough to take over without a rebuild.”
Is our code or data used to train a model?
No — and it is contractual, not a promise. Softermii APEX runs on Anthropic Claude under commercial terms with a zero-retention posture; neither Softermii nor its providers train on your code or data. One disclosed legal-retention exception applies. Data is TLS 1.3 in transit, least-privilege access, per-customer segregation, with explicit AI-use disclosure for your procurement and security reviewers and AI decision logs available on request. On certifications: Softermii does not claim compliance frameworks it does not currently hold — you will see no SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR or PCI badge here. If your diligence requires a specific certification, raise it early and you will get a straight answer on where things stand and what can be evidenced. A straight answer beats a badge you cannot verify.
A 50% deposit is a red flag.
On a 5- or 20-working-day pack, the deposit is the schedule commitment — it holds the delivery window, not your leverage. Your protection is the fixed price plus the quality gates plus risk-based expert review, not a payment holdback: the number you approved does not move, Softermii absorbs its own underestimates, rework never consumes your delivery capacity, and each release carries a defect warranty — 15 days on Proof, 30 on Build, 60 on Scale.
What am I actually buying, and how is the price set?
You describe the outcome; Softermii breaks it into a named, itemised Feature list — each Feature a complete, business-ready capability, independently testable and demonstrable, built and tested together, not a single task. You prioritise a first-release scope and get the price up front, attached to that list before a line of code. One fixed price agreed before we start, working software in week one, and you own every line on payment — however it was produced.
Can I validate the mechanism cheaply before a full build?
Yes. A Softermii APEX Proof — $2,995 — is real working software (never a prototype) for a narrow, clearly defined scope (~15 Features) in 5 working days. It is the cheapest way to put the engine’s output in front of your own review before committing a full budget, and the Proof fee is credited toward a Build ($10,995) or Scale ($29,995) if you continue within 30 days.

Recognised work, on the record — independently verified.

Clutch is an independent B2B ratings platform: it verifies every review directly with the client, so the score is theirs to give, not ours to set. That is what makes these numbers worth showing to a skeptic.
